Project Brief
Between 25 to 30 players have missed out on competing at the 2023 Women’s World Cup due to ACL injuries. Our mission is to address this issue by desiging innovative soccer boots by utilising 3D printing technology. The goal is to provide optimal performance, custom fit, and environmental sustainability to enchance player safety and performance, utlimately reducing injury rates within the sport.

While cows require extensive resources and years to raise, the mycelium is grown in less than two weeks and about six weeks to grow in to a sheet of pliable material.
